Kargo bit his lip, feeling quite embarrassed. "Ladies, we're short on fuel. I'm afraid we're gonna have to make a pitstop at...." he coughed uncomfortably. "at...." he looked at the girls, nervously. "...at...Djose Temple..." he avoided Vanya's eyes and looked down immediately. He knew how much she DIDN'T want to go there. "We have no choice," he added weakly, afraid to look up.

Vanya rolled her eyes, honestly, she felt like everyone underestimated her. Why would she care if they landed there? Sure, it wasn't her favorite place because things hadn't ended very well with Gippal...but come on...they needed the fuel, so they really didn't have much of a choice. "You woke me up for that?! Honestly..." Vanya said in a sour voice. She hated interruptions. "Make the pitstop, get the fuel and move on. How hard can that be?" Vanya glanced at Jou and Rikku, before she turned on her heel and headed back to bed.

"Djose Temple, eh?" Rikku said, getting back to her stubborn side.
"Fiiiine, so that was the all important message?!" She made a twitch with her body, showing how annoyed she was. "Worth living?! NO!"

Jou got a little more calm after hearing that the big important message only was a small pit stop. "Ah, calm down Rikku."
She said as she run after Vanya.

"Vanya, you're sure that it's all right to go back there?" Jou asked her friend, as she managed to catch her up.

Vanya slowed down and eventually stopped walking alltogether. She tried looking indifferent, but she had to be honest with herself. Sighing a little, she smiled weakly at Jou. "I'll find a way to deal with it. I can't keep kicking myself about what's in the past. Besides...we'll just get the fuel and before we know it, we're back in the air. How bad can that be?" Vanya felt a little better, knowing that she would just have to suck it up and be an adult about it. "But I really appreciate your concern," she gave Jou a quick, chaste hug and smiled more genuinely.

I'll just have to face the fact that it's over between us. That we were just too different. We didn't and still don't believe in the same things. He's the logical person while I'm the one out chasing...I don't even know what I'm chasing... Vanya looked distant for a few seconds before she smiled again. "You're such a great friend, Jou," she said honestly. "I'm glad you're here with me."

"I'm glad to be here" Jou smiled "and I'm glad you're taking this the way you are. You're a strong person Vanya, and that part of you I really respect."

"Girls! quit japping around and get readdy for landing! Were soon there!" Kargo yelled up, not looking at them.

Vanya gave a small, affirmative nod to Jou and when Kargo started nagging, she smiled to herself and readied herself for landing. The airship had some turbulence, which wasn't that strange at all because since when had Kargo ever been good at landing? That's right. Never. As the dust outside settled, it became very apparent that they were indeed in Djose, and Vanya would be lying if she claimed to be excited. Because the truth was that she wanted this to be overwith as quick as possible.

"Ah! Finally!" Rikku walked out of the ship some seconds after Kargo had landed. "Again, Kargo." she said turning to face him, "you really should work on those landings. They suck. Big time."
Noone could have argued with Rikku about this, Kargo had missed a flock of choccobos with only a tad of luck.
"Shut up ladies. I got you down, didn't I? Now I'll go and check with Gippal and see if he can help us with our fuel."
Kargo walked towards the temple, avoiding the angry choccobos who tried to knock him over with rage.
"Lets hope one of them gets him." Jou said, laughing.
"They may knock some sense into the man. He really should practice on those landings."

Vanya trudged past the two other girls and immediately turned to walk alongside the airship, busying herself with....anything but looking at the temple. A couple Machine Faction members came running over and immediately began to wash and scrub the airship, pushing Vanya to the side. Obviously, she wasn't needed much here. Sighing, she wondered what other ways there were to avoid meeting a certain cocky, blonde al-bhed. And she didn't mean Rikku. No, the one she was avoiding was Gippal. To face him after the way things ended...not an option.

Kargo, well inside the temple, was talking with Eigar, one of Gippal's right-hand men. Eigar could tell Kargo that Gippal was currently occupied in the Bikanel Desert, helping Nhadala with a project. Kargo further asked if the Machine Faction could sponsor the Primrose Ensemble with some fuel and Eigar happily announced that indeed they could. He whistled some big, strong men over and talked to them in al-bhed. The men nodded and ran off to help fuel the airship outside.

Coming back outside, Kargo saw a couple of fierce Chocobo's and he froze. He gulped nervously. "Niiice, birdie...niiice birdie...!" In a quick flash, Kargo spun around and ran away from the annoyed Chocobo's. "AAAH!" he yelled as he and the Chocobo's ran in circles around eachother.

"Thats right! Good chocobo, thats what I'm talking about!" Rikku yelled at Kargo and the angry flock of birds around him.

Kargo held his arms over his head, protecting himself from the giant beaks.
"Help me girls! We got the fuel! Just get me out of this mess, and we're out of here!" Kargo complained.

"We wont help you until you PROMISE us that you'll practice more on your landings!"
Jou took a pose of a girl who knows when she's in power. "If you continue like this, we're going to end up dead, and we dont want that, do we?"

"No! Of course we dont!" Kargo yelped.
The angry chocobos had all ready been able to ruin some of his clothes.

"So we'll practise then?" Rikku said, playing along with Jou.

"YES! Yes of COURSE! Practice!"

Jou and Rikku laughed and took up a box Gysahl Greens; the chocobo's most favorite snack.
One of the chocobos sensed the smell, and came towards Rikku and Jou.
They gave the chocobo a little handfull of the Gysahl Greens.
That was all they needed to do. The rest of the cocobos came along to get their share of the snack. They had all forgotten about Kargo.
The girls kept on feeding and petting the chocobos.
"Thats a sweet chococboooo" Rikku said, while feeding a tiny one at her feet.
"Oh yes it iiiiis, yes it iiiis" Jou kept petting the baby chocobo.
The girls were obiously enjoing themselves.

Kargo stood a few feet from them.
His clothes were messed up really bad.
He didn't look all too happy about it eighter.
